Georgia is currently in her eighteenth year of teaching at Alma Public Schools.  In 2002 she graduated with honors in music from Alma College.  As a college student  she performed and toured across the country with the prestigious Alma Choir.  Georgia has performed with many outstanding choral ensembles including the University of Michigan Honors Choir and Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp International Touring Choir.  She completed her Masters degree in Music Education from Central Michigan University in 2006.  Her most recent accomplishment is the completion of a second Masters degree in School Guidance Counseling.  Georgia hopes that the skills and knowledge she gains will be beneficial as she builds relationships with, mentors, and works with students.  While Georgia is a talented performer her true love is teaching.  She believes that every students has musical ability to contribute and is confident that every students can benefit from music.
